Neon City. Your city, at night, with a horde.
A cyberpunk 3D shooter in the browser, played on real streets – 600 m arenas around the market squares of Łódź, Kraków, Wrocław, Warsaw or Skierniewice, built from OpenStreetMap data. Solo or co-op, against zombie hordes.
The game is made by one person – Marcin Krzętowski at Setech Game Studio – working with a team of AI agents that have defined roles, hard limits and mandatory cross-review. This site shows what that looks like from the inside: the architecture, the art, the work with agents and the quality gates. No source code – but plenty of numbers, screenshots and bugs that got caught.
